A birth chart (Janma Kundali) is the map of a soul entire journey, covering decades of karma. But sometimes, you do not need the full life story. You need to know the outcome of the specific situation standing directly in front of you.
Will this specific business deal go through? Is the medical diagnosis correct? Where is the object I lost yesterday?
This is where Prashna (Horary Astrology) applies. It is the branch of Jyotish dedicated to immediate, pressing questions.
The Logic: Synchronicity and Time
Jyotish teaches that the moment a sincere question takes root in your mind is never an accident. It is synchronized with the planetary positions of that exact second.
By casting a chart for the Time of Asking (rather than your birth time), we get a microscopic view of the situation. The universe has essentially captured the answer in the planetary coordinates of that moment; my job is simply to decode it.
How I Analyze the Chart
This is not intuition or psychic reading. It is a strict mathematical calculation based on Vedic principles and Tajika Shastra.
The process begins with a Seed Number (1–108). I will ask you to provide a number between 1 and 108. This number is not random; it is the link between your subconscious mind and the stellar position at that exact moment. It determines the Ascendant and sets the foundation for the entire reading based on the 108 Navamshas.
Once the chart is cast based on your number, I look for the Ithasala, the mathematical connection between you and your desire:
The Ascendant (Lagna): Determined by your seed number, this represents you and your true intention.
The Karyesha: I identify the specific planet signifying your goal (e.g., the 6th house lord for a loan, the 7th for marriage).
The Tajika Yogas (The Law of Application): This reveals whether the defining planets are moving towards each other to manifest the event (Ithasala), separating to indicate a different energetic path (Easarpha), and whether the Moon is forming the necessary bridge to bring the outcome into physical reality.
Arudha Padas (Your Perceived Reality): The foundational chart shows bare reality, but the Arudha reveals how the world perceives your status. By calculating these specific mathematical points, I can decode the paradoxes of your life, bridging the gap between what you actually experience privately and what society or your professional circle sees publicly.
Planetary Avasthas (State of Existence): A planet might mathematically promise a result, but is it awake to deliver it? I evaluate the Shayanadi Avasthas (states of consciousness) of your key planets to uncover the true momentum or the hidden structural reasons for blockages behind your current situation.
Badhaka and Gulika (Hidden Obstructions): Often, a path seems clear on the surface, but unseen karmic friction exists. I isolate the exact degrees of your Badhakesh (Lord of Obstruction) and Gulika to ensure there are no hidden traps or toxicity waiting to sabotage your goals.
Microscopic Divisional Charts (Vargas): A surface level chart is never enough. Depending on your query, I divide your Prashna into hyper-specific microscopic levels, whether assessing pure professional mechanics (D-10), relationship dynamics (D-9), or the ultimate karmic rulings (D-60) ensuring that the predicted outcome is structurally indestructible.
When Is Prashna Most Effective?
This method is strictly for specific, time-sensitive questions where you need a clear answer. It is the best approach if:
